Brisbane Contemporary Beadwork Beginners Workshop 29th Sept

Learn the beautiful artform of contemporary beadwork. Popular in Ready-to-Wear fashion, Millinery, Applique and Textiles. 

You will learn all these techniques using specialty sequins with a beading needle creating dimension, 3d elements, ribbonwork with embroidery techniques to add texture. 

All techniques are practiced on silk organza using a rotating embroidery frame. 

Please remember although you will be learning in a mixed technique group, your class is tailored specifically to your progress.

This includes beads, sequins, ribbons, embroidery threads, beading needle, silk organza and specialist threads from Europe. Option to buy 12" embroidery frame at the end of the day ($55).
